Patrick graduated from NAIT’s Denturist program in 1986 and received his permit to practice in 1989. Soon after receiving his licence, he purchased his first practice in Hinton, Alberta. Patrick and his wife Suzanne stayed in Hinton for 10 years before deciding they wanted to move to Central Alberta. They sold the practice in Hinton and bought the office in Rocky Mountain House. They have lived in Rocky Mountain House ever since, with their 2 sons. Patrick and his family are very involved in their community.
Patrick has always been motivated to provide his patients with the most up-to-date materials and treatment options available. Patrick believes that dental implants, the current top technology, are one of the most successful treatments available.
Patrick has been providing implant retained dentures for over 15 years, and was recently recognized as one of the few Alberta Denturists accredited to provide "All-On-Four" implant retained dentures.
In 2010, Patrick received The Alberta Denturist Order of Merit award. This is an award of distinction and is given to an individual who has shown considerable dedication to the profession of denturism in clinical practice, education, research and/or administration. Patrick was nominated, and selected to receive the award by his colleagues across the province.
Throughout his career, Patrick has served on several boards in the denturist profession including his time as Vice President, and then as President of the College of Alberta Denturists, and co-chair of Accreditation Committee of the National Association of Denturists.
Patrick is always looking for ways to provide his patients with the best service possible.
